Day of Dance
We had a wonderful time dancing with our hosts Dead Horse Morris and Broomdashers as they celebrated their 40th anniversary. A total of 15 Morris sides brought colour, joy, music & dance to this wonderful seaside town in Kent - thank you all for a great day!

Horsenden Solstice Festival
A wonderful time with our friends at Horsenden Farm celebrating the Summer Solstice, a time to connect with nature and give thanks for the sun’s warmth, light and life. The Solstice is renowned for music and feasting and there was plenty of that along with a nature through the senses walk, yoga, forest bathing arts & crafts and more besides... The day ended with a Sunset Procession - musicians and the Green Man led the procession up the hill, where we watched the sunset and enjoyed music and celebrated the Summer Solstice.

Brentford Canal Festival
We danced at our local festival's very first event in 2022 and we've danced here every year since. What a pleasure to celebrate its 5th year with our community - here's to the next five!

Winchester MayFest
Our first time dancing in the beautiful Cathedral town of Winchester with over 30 Morris sides - what a glorious display of bells, sticks & ribbons. Many thanks to hosts Wickham Morris for a wonderful welcome. We look forward to dancing with you all again!

Northfields Morris at Dacre Morris
'Beating the Bounds'
We had a great time with our hosts Dacre Morris and other guest side Black Path Border Morris 'Beating the Bounds' - an annual Dacre tradition since 1983. Starting and finishing at the Dacre Arms pub we processed & danced along the boundaries of the former Dacre estate in the Spring sunshine.

New Year Festival blessing the apple orchards at Horsenden Hill Community Farm with the Wassail King & Queen, singing and dancing - and of course tasting & toasting the orchard cider - cheers!

Northfields Morris in Hungary
What an amazing time we had in August performing at the International Folklore Festival in Sárvár, Hungary.
A team of 13 travelled and it was a great experience sharing the stage with wonderful dancers from the host country Hungary and other international guests Mexico and Slovakia.

May Day in Germany
We were so excited and happy to be invited back to dance on May Day in Germany for a third consecutive year! We had a wonderful time partcipating at this wonderful festival with our friends Kristina, Uwe and all the team at Denkmachiede Hofgen.

Horsenden Wassail

Whitstable Day of Dance
On the third Saturday in July we were dancing with lots of other Morris sides in Whitstable. Thank you so much to Angali from Broomdashers & Dead Horse Morris for inviting us to this year's Dead Horse Morris Ale and organising such a great Day of Dance - we hope you had as much fun as we did! The sun shone and we had a lovely day dancing at the seaside. We hope to join you again!
Northfields Morris in Berlin - dancing at the Brandenburg Gate
Wow! What an amazing & special thing to do. On our way to Grimma to participate in the May Day festivities at the Lämmermarkt & Morristanzfest,we stopped off in Berlin.
We visited some of the sights and even managed to include a very special dance performance at the Brandenburg Gate.

Brentford Canal Festival 2023
On Saturday 24th June we were back again at the canal festival in Brentford dancing at the Gauging Lock and this year we had two joining in dances. Thanks to all who joined us whether dancing or watching - we hope you had as much fun as we did!
King's Coronation Street Party
We had such a great time dancing in the sunshine and enjoying the party celebrations.
This was the first time that our new mascot Horris joined Stagsy at a Dance Out.
May Day in Germany
On 1st May 2023 Northfields Morris went international!
We were invited to dance at the Lämmermarkt & Morristanzfest, a traditional May Day festival in Grimma (near Leipzig) in Germany.

Meet Horris
We're delighted to welcome our new mascot 'Horris the Morris Horse' to Northfields Morris.
Horris came with us to dance in Germany at his first ever performance on 1st May 2023 and was a huge hit with the audience.
Watch out for him to join us at future Dance Outs!
Horsenden Hill Wassail
We love to dance out at these apple festivals! Wassailing is an ancient custom to encourage a good harvest for the coming year.

World Cup Morris
Northfields Morris take part in Alternative World Cup Opening Ceremony at the London Olympic Park.
We were delighted to be invited to participate in the 'Jack Whitehall: Traning Days' end of season Live Special where we danced with a cast of 50+ professional dancers. The live broadcast was filmed in front of a live audience at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
An amazing experience, thank you to all the cast and crew.
It was great to meet and work with so many different and varied dancers from around the globe, including a dancing bear!

Northfields Morris Newest Member - Stagsy!
We’re really excited to welcome our newest member to our side.
Stagsy made his first appearances on 23rd April at our dance outs at The Plough Inn and Perivale Woods, proving a great hit with the audience!
Spring News 2015
Our first public performance!
After starting from scratch with a side of complete beginners and lots of hard work and practice over the winter months, we now have a small repertoire of dances and our very first season of Dance Outs has got off to a great success.
Many thanks to everyone who supported us in Ealing Broadway (March 2015) and helped us raise funds for Marie Curie, the cancer care and support charity.
We’ve been invited to dance out this season at lots of local events and amongst others we’re looking forward to dancing on St George’s Day at a couple of our local pubs here in Northfields. A highlight in spring will be returning to the beautiful bluebell-filled glades and dancing in Perivale Woods (the very same woods where we harvested our Morris hazel sticks).
