How to book Northfields Morris

We are available for performances and workshops at public and private events throughout the year. ​

• Check our Diary to make sure we are not already booked elsewhere.

• We usually plan for one or two sessions of around 20 minutes and then finish with a joining-in dance where we encourage audiences to join us and have a go! We can tailor and adapt things to meet your needs; if you want one longer session, we are happy to oblige!

• Tell us about your audience (age range, type of event, audience size and so on) so we can tailor our performance to suit you.

• We need a firm level space to dance on.

• Tell us if you have low ceilings, valuable chandeliers, etc. We do wave sticks about and need to know these things!!

• We do have public liability insurance.

• Depending on the venue's acoustics, we may need a PA for the musicians (we can provide this if necessary)

• We mostly dance outdoors, on a level with the crowd (not on a stage) but please note we can’t perform in wet weather or on slippery surfaces – our instruments and Morris mascot need to be kept dry - so  please ensure you have alternative arrangements in the case of rain.

• Please provide somewhere for us to change and store our kit & belongings securely before and during the performance. Sometimes, car parking spaces are also required.

• Refreshments won’t go amiss!!

• Book early. We're often busy and already booked.
